The mission of WORLDCOB’s founders is to promote education, recognition, career advancement, and leadership for business executives and to form a global business network in order to create new relationships and opportunities. These business leaders not only contribute to the growth of their own companies, but serve a role in their communities that promotes economic growth. WORLDCOB believes that it is important to recognize business excellence in order to stimulate this growth by exemplifying these business leaders to motivate others. This is the main reason THE BIZZ was created. In addition to recognizing achievement, THE BIZZ offer many benefits that contribute to business development.

In 2005, the first award ceremony took place in the city of Houston. This ceremony brought together many leading businesses from all over the world. The event was a success and from then on WORLDCOB decided to expand its global network and present the award in different parts of the world. In 2006, the ceremonies took place in several countries in South and Central America. A year later, the ceremony for THE BIZZ took place in Europe. The following year, in 2008, WORLDCOB presented the awards in Africa for the first time. In 2009, the award presentation for distinguished companies in the Middle East took place in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.

In addition to THE BIZZ , the World Confederation of Businesses has developed a collection of services for businesses of all sizes that are looking to gain knowledge, business opportunities, or network with other businesses around the world. Keeping in line with this goal, WORLDCOB constantly seeks to provide new tools to help keep their Associate Members ahead of the curve.
